The ARTchix Studio Turqouise Scrap (wings and shell borders) really shines in this piece. I colored it with a bit of watercolor crayon just to age it a bit.
Her hat is actually 2 seahorses from the ARTchix collage sheet: Under the Sea. : )
Now you can see where the heads of the seahorses went, lol! : )
