I'm back! I had an amazing cruise to Alaska (see my slide show at the bottom of this page) and while I was there, I couldn't resist picking up a little something for you!
I bought some of this beautiful fiber from Knitting with Class in Sitka, Alaska. And then I put together these fun, little souvenir bags. They include a yard of this beautiful thread wrapped around one of my photos...plus, a sweet Polar Bear Smooch (which is an Alaskan peppermint patty...yum!). Special Art Challenge: Eco Houses. Last month, we included a special art challenge with 100 of our orders. In each art challenge goodie bag, we included an Eco House, Eco Door and Fortune. Your trip looked awesome. I hear Alaska is just beautiful, but, sounds cold????
I would like to do the ATC's but there is a postal strike looming so cards might not get there in time so think I will pass this time around.

Helga, the challenges are so fun and loved seeing the icy Alaska blue as a great contrast to the almost bathwater-warm blues of The Bahamas in summer time! Have posted some chixies-inspired Bahama Bathing Beauty ATC's on my blog (and Facebook!). Making art really does share the happiness ... thanks for all the fun and wonderful ideas you share so beautifully!
